Born from frustration, built with innovation
In 2018, our founder Emily watched her mother struggle with chronic back pain after decades of housekeeping. Despite trying every mop on the market, none addressed the core problems: inefficient cleaning, physical strain, and wasted time.
That observation sparked a question: Why hasn't cleaning technology evolved like everything else in our homes?
We spent two years studying how people actually clean their floors. Not in laboratories, but in real homes across the UK. We documented thousands of hours of cleaning routines, interviewed physiotherapists about repetitive strain injuries, and consulted microbiologists about bacterial transfer.
What we discovered was shocking: traditional mopping methods were not only inefficient—they were often counterproductive.
Our engineering team tested 47 different prototypes before landing on the FreshWave System. The key innovation wasn't one feature—it was the integration of three technologies working in harmony:
We believe that household chores shouldn't come at the cost of your health and time. Every product we design is tested by real families in real homes. We measure success not in units sold, but in hours saved and pain prevented.
Today, over 14,000 UK households use the FreshWave System. Our customers report spending 50% less time on floor cleaning and experiencing significantly less physical discomfort.
This is just the beginning. We're currently developing new solutions for other overlooked household challenges. If it wastes your time or causes unnecessary strain, we're working on fixing it.
We question everything and accept no compromises in our pursuit of better solutions.
We make honest claims backed by real testing with real families.
Success means improving daily life, not just selling products.
